This town was built on tourists, but when you see how slow the hotels are at loading the long lines of people in cabs, and the way the roads are blocked all the time by city workers, and the fact that they can only load less than 30 cabs at a time at the airport when there are 150 empty cabs waiting in line and there is a long line of passengers trying to get into cabs, you would think that there must be an endless supply of naive tourists who will come back to Las Vegas no matter how badly they are treated. The intent of the law you were ticketed for was to keep cabbies from blocking normal traffic, and if you weren't doing that it is an abuse of authority for them to tag you to fund the State budget.
